US Citizen only. Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are currently seeking a Scheduler for a client supporting energy infrastructure projects in Vancouver, WA. The Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for Bonneville Power Administration projects. This role supports project planning, execution, and performance measurement through critical path analysis, schedule reporting, and earned value integration. The Scheduler will work closely with construction, engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to ensure schedules accurately reflect project status and support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6, aligned with the work breakdown structure (WBS), control accounts, and project execution plans. Perform critical path and float analyses, assess schedule risks, and recommend recovery actions to project leadership. Update schedules with project progress and logic changes on a weekly and monthly basis while maintaining schedule integrity and contract compliance. Integrate schedule data with cost systems to support earned value management and BCWS, BCWP, and schedule performance reporting. Prepare integrated master schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, milestone trackers, and schedule analysis reports. Coordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams to validate activity durations, sequencing, and resource requirements. Support schedule baseline development and analyze the impacts of contract changes and delays. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. 7 or more years of scheduling experience in EPC, heavy industrial, or federal construction environments. Experience with DOE or federal construction projects involving earned value management system (EVMS) schedule integration. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 Professional, version 23.x or current. Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling, earned value integration, and schedule analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience with schedule risk analysis tools such as Acumen Fuse, Polaris, or similar software. Familiarity with XER file exchange and multi-project scheduling environments. PSP, PMI-SP, or P6 Professional certification.
