What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a high-velocity Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our financial services team. You won't just be managing workflows; you'll be the architect of our daily efficiency, ensuring airtight compliance, and bridging the gap between our front-office ambitions and back-office precision. What We're Looking For Performs operational or administrative functions for client related requests. Books in cash/checks, issues receipts and accurately balances daily. Books in securities, issues receipts and accurately balances daily. Assists in the opening of customer accounts and processes changes. What You'll Bring Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology is preferred. General understanding of the securities regulations is preferred. Strong focus on providing exemplary client service. Excellent grammar and possess phone/office etiquette.
Education & Experience Minimum Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Preferred:
2+ years of Financial/Securities industry experience Systems & Technology Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook #LI-AS1
Compensation Range Salary:
USD $45,000.00/Yr. - USD $54,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate's qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel's overall compensation package for each individual employee.
