Job Description

Operations Associate Job Title:
Operations Associate Accountability:
Works with store team for project collaboration; responsible to Store Manager and leadership team
Schedule:
Monday - Friday / Every other
Saturday Position Summary:
The Store Associate provides for the agency's mission by providing a clean, safe, and friendly store operation while delivering exceptional customer service to shoppers and the people SVdP serves. Responsible for providing quality customer service and compassion to the people that SVdP serves. This person works closely with other store associates, logistics team members, and leadership team members.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Friendly worker with personable attitude Motivated, energetic, knowledgeable, and positive sales associate Sort donated materials in preparation for pricers to maintain production flow. Assist with recycling efforts to ensure safe and efficient processing of material Assist in Donation Center and Furniture Drop Off / Pick Up Assume additional responsibilities as needed Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must be organized and efficient Must be able to communicate and work effectively with staff, volunteers, and donors. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs plus Pallet Jack /
