Job Description
Extended Operations Coordinator Join our Extended Support Team in our De Pere, WI office! You will be responsible for supporting the rotational extended coverage team, working either Monday- Friday, 1600-2000 (4:00pm-8:00pm). Helping our professional truck drivers with issues such as accidents, hours of service, breakdowns, load recoveries, on-time delivery expectations, and questions regarding freight. May need to be available for training in the home office in DePere, so will need to be in the general vicinity of the home office. How can you be successful as an Operations Coordinator? Provide timely and knowledgeable communication to driver team Dispatch when needed Proactive response to on time deliveries and saving loads Assist drivers during emergency situations Understand the various maintenance facilities available Source drivers when a driver is no longer available Respond to customer requests for service sensitive loads Ensure effective communication via hand off to 1st shift person/team What skills do you need to bring?
