Job Description
Joseph Companies is seeking a Full time Operations Coordinator for our LaCrosse, WI office. The Operations Coordinator's primary duty is to oversee the administrative & direct care worker scheduling functions of the office. Duties include hiring and training new direct care staff, maintaining employee files, facilitating training updates with current employees, employee performance reviews, dealing w/ employee and client issues, assisting with the client referral process, entering employee payroll, entering weekly schedules, caring for clients, and other tasks as assigned. At least a 2-year business-related degree + 2 years of supervisory experience Must be able to pass the State of MN criminal background check. Requires strong attention-to-detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Must have excellent computer skills & experience with employee scheduling. Must be willing to provide backup care to clients in the event the regularly scheduled direct care staff does not show up, has an emergency, etc... and other coverage cannot be found. Must be willing to carry an after-hours company cell phone to deal with emergency staffing issues on a rotating basis. Must have strong teamwork skills. Works very closely with the office clinical management staff. This is an hourly position.
