Job Description
Join our team as a full-time AM shift Nurse Scheduler to become an integral member to enrich the lives of the residents we serve. Our Shady Lane, Inc. campus provides quality care to residents for rehab that has a focus on goal oriented daily tasks; home-like assisted living; and customized skilled nursing care. No matter what the need we are committed to provide compassionate care at a reasonable cost as a non-profit community based organization. The Nurse Scheduler for our Shady Lane, Inc. campus is responsible for staffing all shifts in the Nursing Department to ensure sufficient coverage/staffing needs are met while maintaining accurate attendance/payroll records and completing assigned administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. To be considered for this exciting position we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong time management skills
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and professionalism
- Excellent attendance and the ability to have a flexible work schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Scheduling experience preferred
