Position Summary The Scheduler II is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules and associated resource plans. This role is also responsible for posting and reporting of schedules, incorporation and maintenance of baseline and EVM data within project schedule and adherence to scheduling/resource planning processes, WBS standards and SOPs (standard operating procedures). Domestic travel may be required. Essential Functions Assist in development and maintenance of performance management baseline, project schedules, work center master schedules, supplemental schedule(s) for supporting projects and schedule-related EVMS data and documents Develop and maintain long-range production resource plans Hold meetings with CAMs (Control Account Managers) and Foremen Internally communicate with Planning, Production and Material Control, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Management Customers, to respond to their informational requirements Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Required Skills Ability to create project and master schedules and resource plans Ability to utilize ERP systems, EVM and network scheduling software (Primavera) Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor Must adhere to ISO and OSHA policies established by FMG and have high values for safety awareness Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required Two (2) Years of experience required Knowledge of shipbuilding workflow, material processing, basic shipbuilding knowledge and production processes is preferred Competencies Fincantieri's core competencies reflect our values and key behavioral expectations for all employees:Open Mindset:
