Production Scheduler Position Summary A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Scheduler to support production planning, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, balancing customer demand with manufacturing capacity, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery performance. Key Responsibilities Schedule production based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate production plans to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. Generate and maintain production documentation, specifications, and product identification information. Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy through regular reviews and system transactions. Process inventory adjustments, receipts, consumptions, and transfers within the ERP/MRP system. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and production teams to address scheduling priorities and changes. Assist with reporting, data analysis, and administrative support for manufacturing operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, inventory control, and production efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations. Experience working in a manufacturing environment required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems for scheduling and inventory management preferred. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
