Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Scheduler to join our manufacturing team in Middleton, WI. In this role, you will support the planning and scheduling of production operations across manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal efficiency, organized workflow, and on-time order fulfillment. You will collaborate closely with production, inventory control, and customer service teams to coordinate daily schedules and maintain inventory levels.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Pay:
$21.50/hour
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage daily production schedules based on customer orders and manufacturing capacity. Communicate scheduling and workflow information to supervisors and team members. Coordinate with crew leaders, supervision, and inventory control to align production and material flow. Monitor inventory of finished goods and bun materials; coordinate ordering and scheduling with pour plant personnel. Create and maintain SKUs, BOMs, routings, and customer documentation in the ERP system. Analyze historical data to forecast customer demand and support long-term planning. Participate in daily production meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in training new team members and uphold safety and organization standards in the workplace.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing scheduling or production planning preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with production planning tools is a plus. #indMMIS
