Fava Tea Company is a specialty tea business in the Fox Valley. We import tea from growers around the world, create our own proprietary blends, and sell them through our stores in Appleton, Brookfield, and Greenfield, along with our wholesale and online business. We are small enough that one person can change how the whole operation runs, and we are looking for that person.

ABOUT THE LAB

The Lab is where the tea actually happens. Product arrives here, gets blended, packed, and staged, and then goes out to our stores and customers. Every tea our stores sell passes through this room first. This position owns The Lab end to end. You decide what gets made and when, you make it, and you get it to the stores. It is a rare combination of planning work and hands-on work in the same job, and it comes with real authority over how both are done.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Plan the supply Receive incoming product and prepare purchase order requisitions. Decide which products transfer to which store and when, using sales patterns and store requests to guide the call. Build the tea blending schedule and the teaser production schedule. Manage vendor relationships and forecast what we will need before we need it. Make it and ship it Create pre-packs, assemble teasers, and produce store items. Fill store requests accurately and on time. Hold the quality standard on everything that leaves The Lab. Partner with the stores Be the direct link between The Lab and our three store teams. Consult with store managers on inventory questions and help troubleshoot when something looks off. Carry what you learn from the stores back into the planning side of the job, because the two halves of this role make each other smarter. Make it better Find the steps in our process that are slower or messier than they need to be, and fix them.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
