Full Job Description Master Scheduler Location:

New Berlin, WI Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using IFS Cloud .
• Manage MRP, demand/supply planning, production schedules, inventory, and capacity .
• Monitor MRP exceptions, shortages, past-due orders, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales to align priorities.
• Identify and resolve issues related to materials, labor, capacity, suppliers, inventory, and planning data .
• Maintain planning metrics and improve schedule adherence, planning stability, and production efficiency .
• Support continuous improvement and train users on IFS planning processes.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on IFS Cloud experience - MUST
• 5+ years in Master Scheduling, Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Materials Planning.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, MPS, inventory, shop orders, purchase orders, lead times, and capacity planning .
• Manufacturing experience with supply, production, and customer priorities.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Automotive, heavy truck, or industrial manufacturing experience.
• S&OP/S&OE, capacity planning, or production control experience.

APICS CPIM/CSCP

certification.

• Power BI, SQL, or ERP reporting experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual.
