Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Precision Rail & Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized, professional Bilingual Administrative & Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, accounting and human-resources support to the organization. The position will be particularly important in supporting communication with the company's Spanish-speaking workforce. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable communicating professionally with employees, management and outside contacts. This is a hands-on role within a growing manufacturing organization and will require someone who is organized, dependable, discreet and willing to take ownership of a variety of administrative responsibilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership and operations. Serve as a professional communication resource between English- and Spanish-speaking employees and management. Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee documentation and other HR-related administrative activities. Assist with payroll, timekeeping, employee records and other HR/administrative processes. Provide basic accounting and bookkeeping support, including invoices, records and documentation. Maintain accurate and organized personnel, accounting and company records. Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, reporting and general office coordination. Support recruiting and communication with hourly manufacturing employees. Help translate or communicate company policies, procedures and important information when necessary. Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, payroll, financial and company information. Provide general administrative support wherever needed as the company continues to grow.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Fluent in both Spanish and English — required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Previous administrative, HR, accounting or office-management experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating with both management and hourly manufacturing employees. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Basic accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is beneficial. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.COMPENSATION
Up to $25/hour , commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus company benefits.Pay:
