We offer comprehensive in-house training plus company paid certification courses. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills, that will work closely with our doctors and patients. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus, and must be available for work 7:40 am - 6:15 pm, Monday-Friday. Other pay and benefits include a monthly staff bonus program, a wellness stipend for gym membership & complimentary chiropractic care.
Responsibilities:
You will be busy moving throughout the office, assisting the doctor and helping patients. There is not a lot of time sitting at the front desk.
  • Welcome patients and serve as the first impression
  • Assist doctor with therapeutic modalities & documentation of treatment
  • Compile patient documentation for medical record requests
  • Schedule appointments
  • Assist patients with intake & inquiries
  • Other duties as they arise ​
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a medical office environment or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Great personality and helpful, teamwork attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail Summary As a Chiropractic Technician, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our healthcare office, providing exceptional patient service and administrative support.
Reporting to the Clinic Director, your core responsibilities will include managing appointments, assisting with therapeutic modalities, handling medical records, and ensuring effective communication with patients, doctors and staff. Your expertise in customer service and clerical tasks will be vital in creating a welcoming environment. Additionally, your knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology will enhance patient interactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our healthcare team. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
