Job Description

Sheboygan Senior Community is looking for an organized and dependable Scheduler to join our team! The Scheduler plays an important role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, quality care by helping maintain appropriate staffing coverage across our nursing departments. This position works closely with nursing leadership and employees to create schedules, fill open shifts, manage staffing changes, and respond to daily scheduling needs. Responsibilities Maintain schedules for nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Fill open shifts and coordinate coverage for call-ins, vacations, and other absences. Communicate schedule changes and open shifts to employees. Track employee availability and scheduling requests. Work closely with nursing leadership to identify and address staffing needs. Maintain accurate scheduling information in the facility's scheduling/timekeeping system. Assist with monitoring scheduled hours and overtime. Respond to employee questions regarding schedules and shift assignments. Experience Experience using UKG Ready Scheduler - Required Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred Previous scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care setting. Comfortable working with computers and learning scheduling software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
