Job Description

Front Office Specialist -
Full-Time Location:
Wausau (630 S 36th Street, Wausau, WI)
Travel Requirement:
Primary work location is our Wausau clinic. The ability and willingness to occasionally travel to nearby BHC locations, including Wausau (Grant Street), Merrill and Stevens Point, to provide coverage for PTO, staffing needs, and operational support is preferred.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Typical Schedule)
Department:
Administrative Operations Position Overview The Front Office Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients, families, referral sources, and community partners. This role is responsible for creating a positive and professional experience through effective communication, appointment coordination, administrative support, and collaboration with clinical teams. This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Stevens Point clinic . The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flexibility may occasionally be needed based on clinic operations, client needs, and business priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. Why Join BHC?
