Hiring Event! Customer Service Representative with AEP / Appalachian Power AEP / Appalachian Power is partnering with InnoSource to host an upcoming Interview Event for Customer Solutions Associate openings!

Table:
A high school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication. Previous experience working from a computer full-time Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtime—because helping our customers comes first.
