Security Operations Specialist Security Operations Specialist Job Duties Conduct quality assurance visits with security officers in the field. Conduct interviews and assist with training security officers. Assist the Operations team throughout the Greater Wheeling and Pittsburgh areas. Travel to other service areas as needed. Fill in at security posts as needed. Assist with other general operations responsibilities. Requirements Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license. Must be available to work all shifts, including some weekends. Ability to travel as needed. Schedule Full-time position with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week . Additional hours may be available depending on operational needs. Pay & Hiring Bonus $17.50 per hour , based on experience. $300 hiring bonus after completing 120 days of employment.
