With two retail locations and a growing online business, there is always something moving behind the scenes and we're looking for someone who loves keeping things organized and getting things DONE. We're hiring a part-time Operations & Receiving Assistant to work alongside our receiving team and help keep merchandise and online orders moving quickly and accurately. This is a great fit for someone who is naturally organized, works fast, notices the little things, and doesn't need to be constantly told what to do next. What You'll Do Help receive, unpack, count and organize incoming merchandise Check shipments carefully for quantities, damages and discrepancies Tag, prepare and organize merchandise for our stores Help sort and prepare transfers between locations Assist with picking, packing and processing online orders Keep inventory, supplies and work areas organized Help with shipping and other day-to-day warehouse/operations tasks Jump in wherever needed during busy shipment and order days We're Looking for Someone Who Is VERY detail-oriented — small mistakes matter in this position Fast-paced and efficient without sacrificing accuracy Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks A self-starter who looks for what needs to be done next Dependable, punctual and trustworthy A hard worker with a positive, team-first attitude Comfortable working independently once trained Flexible when workload changes from day to day Comfortable being on their feet, moving merchandise and working in a fast-paced environment Schedule This is a part-time, weekday position , typically starting around 8:00 AM and working until approximately 2:00 PM . Some days may require longer hours depending on incoming shipments, online order volume and the needs of the business. Flexibility to stay later on busy days is important for this role. What Success Looks Like You don't wait around to be given your next task. You notice what needs to be done and take initiative. You work with urgency, but you also double-check your work. You take pride in keeping things organized, accurate and moving.
