What You'll Be Doing As our Food Truck Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our food truck operations. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Overseeing all aspects of food truck operations, from opening to closing. Managing and leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensuring food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment. Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure smooth service.
