Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory / Shipping Clerk to join our team. This role will support our Inventory and Shipping Supervisor. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, willing to learn, and able to follow processes with accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory is handled correctly and orders are prepared efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pull and return inventory for departments and personnel. Follow established procedures for inventory tracking and updates Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments Help ensure all packages are securely packed to prevent damage Assist with labeling, sorting, and staging outgoing shipments Support inventory audits, consolidations and reconciliations as directed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable reading numbers and counting inventory Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems and software Good organizational and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Quality Control and/or Inventory experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Preferred (Not Required): Previous warehouse, retail, or shipping experience Familiarity with inventory or fulfillment processes

Pay based on experience

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Pay frequency: Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit Required)
