Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify product numbers, quantities, and shipping addresses before shipment Process shipments in inventory/shipping systems Coordinate daily shipments with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Receiving & Inventory Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Log inventory into the system and restock shelves Maintain proper stock levels and organize warehouse inventory Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory checks Warehouse Operations & Maintenance Prepare warehouse for daily operations (stock rotation, staging, packing materials) Maintain clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, trash removal, etc Support facility upkeep (light maintenance tasks) Team Collaboration Work closely with warehouse manager, technicians, and administrative staff Assist with parts inventory and restocking as Qualifications 1+ year of prior shipping & receiving or warehouse experience Experience with inventory systems or ERP/WMS platforms High school diploma or GED Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly Key Skills Inventory control Order picking & packing Shipping & logistics Attention to detail Time management Teamwork and communication Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Frequent interruptions and multitasking required May require occasional overtime to meet shipping deadlines Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($17-$18/hour based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with company participation And more!
