Job Description
UNIE is a fast-growing custom uniform supply company blending innovation, function, and design to create premium uniform programs for hardworking teams. We are looking for a detail-oriented Custom Shop Associate to help pick, prep, finish, fold, pack, and fulfill custom garment orders. Core Responsibilities Pick garments, trims, patches, labels, and other required order components Prep the necessary notions and items for the Custom Shop team to apply Organize orders so customization work can be completed accurately and efficiently Review completed items for accuracy, quality, and presentation Fold, tag, pack, and prepare finished garments for fulfillment Assist with order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory organization Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready Follow order instructions carefully, as each client and order may have unique requirements Support light customization or production tasks as needed Preferred Experience & Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order instructions accurately Reliability, organization, and pride in quality work Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, apparel, retail stockroom, or production environments preferred Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift/move boxes or inventory as needed Experience with heat press, embroidery, sewing, screen printing, laser engraving, or garment customization is a huge plus, but not required Experience with ShipStation, Katana, or other order/inventory systems is a plus Schedule We are ideally looking for someone available during standard Monday-Friday business hours, but we are open to flexible scheduling for the right person. This role can be part-time to full-time depending on availability and fit. Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed based on order volume and shipping deadlines.
