Role:

We are a growing Ecommerce company looking for a reliable and hardworking Shipping Associate to join our shipping team. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and direct customers, while meeting daily and weekly shipping targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with daily shipping targets and deadlines. Prepare and pack inventory for shipment to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers following Amazon's packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements. Process and pack shipments destined for Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) in compliance with Walmart's supplier standards. Fulfill outbound customer orders by picking correct items, packing securely, and applying accurate shipping labels. Verify shipping labels, packing slips, and order details before sealing and dispatching each shipment. Meet or exceed daily and weekly shipping quotas set by the Shipping Team Lead. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping workstation and surrounding area at all times. Assist with restocking shipping supplies (boxes, labels, tape, packaging materials) and notify the Team Lead when supplies are running low. Communicate any order errors, missing items, or shipping issues to the Shipping Team Lead immediately. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all shipments leave on time and carrier pickups are not missed. Follow all warehouse safety rules, procedures, and guidelines without exception.

You are dependable, on time, and ready to work. Some Saturdays may be required based on shipping volume and operational needs.

Physical Ability :
