About the role The Shipping Associate at Southwest Accessory Group is responsible for accurate and efficient packing, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments. What you'll do Pack, label, and stage orders Scan and verify details Load trailers Apply labels and route documents Communicate discrepancies Follow SOPs and safety guidelines Perform final inspection Support documentation as needed Keep work areas clean and organize Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse experience a plus Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge Ability to read numerals and English. Bilingual a plus NetSuite experience a bonus
Physical Demands:
