Your qualities:

Able to work standing or walking for 10 hour shifts. Safely handle product in an efficient and trained manner. Ability to build rapport with other departments to ensure freight flow service levels and quality levels are maintained Able to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 35 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work. Flexibility to work within different departments. Works efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work. Able to work under pressure to ensure deliveries of product are shipped on time. Able to collaborate cross-departmentally to strategize and plan each day in order to execute shipping as much product as possible to our stores and customers.
