In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, recording, and storing incoming materials and components while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations, including inventory control, internal material flow, production readiness, and shipping support. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, values safety and quality, and is adaptable to changing priorities. Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy Verify items against purchase orders and documentation Accurately enter incoming merchandise into the company's system Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Move materials to staging areas to support production needs Operate forklifts and safely transport pallets and materials Support shipping and internal material distribution as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety, quality, and company compliance standards Flex schedule as needed, including early start times or overtime Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Assist other departments with tasks as needed Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management. Requirements Previous warehouse experience with a solid understanding of receiving processes is preferred. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift trucks, reach trucks and pallet jacks safely and effectively. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred Ability to read and match purchase orders for accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move materials as required Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks. Excellent organizational skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
