PM Fridays Description:

Production Receiver needed for busy HVAC Manufacturer. We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and reliable person to join our inventory team. The Receiver plays a critical role in the supply chain by ensuring incoming materials are received accurately, inspected for quality, and entered into our ERP system efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders and packing slips Conduct quality and quantity inspections on incoming goods Accurately record all receipts in the ERP system Operate a forklift to unload materials and transport items to designated storage locations Communicate any discrepancies or damages to the Supervisor and Procurement team Maintain organized and safe work areas per company and OSHA standards Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure timely material flow Assist with inventory counts and audits Support other warehouse activities as needed Skills Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to lift and stand for extended periods Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience operating a forklift CDL License Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanners Excellent communication and time management skills
