Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours over 40 are paid at Time and a Half. Daily and/or weekend overtime may be required) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Returns / Receiving Specialist to support the receipt and processing of products returned due to customer complaints. This is a fast-paced position combining data entry with hands-on receiving and material handling . The position is responsible for accurately receiving, logging, organizing, and routing returned products for investigation while supporting established quality and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, open, organize, and stage returned product packages.
  • Accurately log returned products into the database.
  • Sort and route products to the appropriate areas for investigation.
  • Maintain organized storage of retained returned products.
  • Ensure products are processed accurately and within required timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with established quality system procedures.
  • Support department and laboratory goals as assigned by management.
  • Perform hands-on receiving, material movement, and product staging.
  • Work overtime, including daily or weekend hours, when required to meet department goals. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize, sort, and track multiple products.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, data entry, or laboratory support experience.
  • Experience in a regulated or quality-controlled environment.
  • Familiarity with medical devices, in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products, biologics, or applicable quality standards is a plus.
USOPS Pay:
$18.00 - $19.18 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
