PM Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Scanner Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately scanning inventory, tracking product movement, maintaining inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience using RF scanners and working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate RF scanners to receive, move, and track inventory. Verify product information and scan items accurately. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. Label, organize, and stage materials for production or shipment. Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Experience operating RF scanners required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
