The ideal candidate will have warehouse, fulfillment, packaging, retail, or production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. This position will primarily be responsible for pulling customer orders, preparing and packaging products for shipment, maintaining an organized warehouse, and assisting with general fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities Pull and accurately fulfill customer orders according to work orders and established procedures. Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment. Ensure orders are packaged accurately, securely, and according to customer requirements. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the facility. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and packing area. Follow established fulfillment, packaging, inventory, and safety procedures. Assist with various warehouse and operational tasks as assigned. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding orders, inventory, and priorities. Adapt quickly to changing customer requirements and production schedules. Qualified Candidates Should Possess Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. At least one year of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory control, retail, or production experience preferred. Experience with order pulling, picking/packing, or fulfillment practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Hard-working, dependable, and positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Organized and able to maintain efficient work routines. Punctual with a strong attendance record. Ability to work effectively with different personalities and as part of a team. Film & Production industry experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Willingness to take on various tasks as needed. Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and overtime when needed.
