Job Description

RC Furniture is a high-end upholstered furniture manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are currently seeking a Receiving Clerk to support our production flow by ensuring all incoming materials are received, verified, and organized accurately. This role is critical to keeping our departments running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders, and maintaining organized inventory areas to support production needs across departments. Responsibilities Receive and inspect all incoming materials, supplies, and components Verify quantities and items against packing slips and purchase orders Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly Maintain organized storage areas for raw materials, wood, and metal components Coordinate with Purchasing and Production teams to ensure timely material flow Assist with labeling, tagging, and staging materials for internal use Monitor warehouse access and deliveries to ensure proper handling Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory (daily, weekly, and periodic full counts) Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards Qualifications Previous receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Reliable with a consistent work history Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment If you're looking for a hands-on role in a company that values quality and consistency, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
