This role will report to the Shipping Manager. The Receiving Associate will be responsible for receiving inbound packages, unpack and inspect the packages, and input data into different spreadsheets and documents. This role will process . YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

… Unpacking and inspecting returned merchandise. Imputing received merchandise info on the computer system. Processing and distributing merchandise. Reviewing merchandise to determine disposition. Other tasks as required to meet team goals. Adhere to Avocado's Safety standards. Assist with other functions as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

… Must be able to lift heavy - team lift. Forklift Experience a plus, but not required. Know basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) Capable of working in a team environment, and in various departments across the facility. Comprehensive utilization of warehouse systems. Follow company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations. Report incident injury and hazard to managers. Able to identify work hazard situations. Following the company safety culture while performing the job duties required for the position. Regular and predictable attendance.
