Your responsibilities
- Data support: assist with data entry related to both incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments into internal tracking systems
- Document filing: organize and file all hard-copy paperwork, including bills of lading (bols) and shipping manifests
- Basic material handling: assist with light physical tasks such as sorting parcels, ing labels, and moving small items using hand carts
- Labeling and sorting: print tracking labels for outbound packages and internal labels to incoming materials
Adaptability:
quickly learn the procedural differences between receiving (verification) and shipping (carrier readiness) during each short-term mandate.location:
