Overview As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely shipment and receipt of products and supplies. Serving as a vital link between customers, logistics teams, warehouse operations, and external service providers, you will help maintain efficient daily operations while providing professional, responsive support to both internal and external customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing outstanding service, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Partner with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless daily operations and customer satisfaction. Coordinate delivery and pickup appointments through the dock scheduling system to support efficient operations. Prepare and process shipping documents. Schedule outbound shipments and proactively monitor delivery status to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Respond to shipment inquiries and provide updates to customers, team members, and service providers as needed. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, documentation, and inventory data. Maintain detailed shipping logs and update shipment information within internal systems. Verify driver credentials and documentation while ensuring compliance with company safety procedures. Scan, upload, and organize shipping documents for accurate recordkeeping and customer support. Receive, stock, and organize products to maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-ready warehouse office environment. Make shipping labels for both sales samples and DTC shipments. Assist with shipping and receiving operations and provide cross-functional support during peak business periods.
