Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Workplace Associate to support a client on-site in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys hands-on work. The Workplace Associate will play a key role in creating a positive workplace experience by providing exceptional customer service and supporting daily workplace operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization, from warehouse staff to executive leadership, and can communicate professionally and effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. This individual should be proactive, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative to ensure a seamless workplace experience for all employees.
Key responsibilities:
  • Furniture assembly
  • Workstation moves and reconfigurations
  • Event setup and support
  • Inventory management
  • Responding to workplace ticketing requests in a timely manner.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting
  • Ability to work on one's feet for long hours and lift/carry/push up to 35lbs.
  • Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture or setting up workstations
  • Strong work ethic and positive mindset
  • Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed
  • Proficient in MS suite
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Previous experience with ticketing software
