This position also assists in moving products between various internal locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack and label outgoing shipments according to customer requests and specifications. Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measure items for outgoing shipments. Attach shipping labels to packed stencils or cartons; identify shipping information using stenciling equipment. Gather and prepare preassembled containers, wooden crates, and cardboard packaging. Place items into containers using fillers, spacers, and protective padding. Install covers on containers or wooden crates and secure using metal tape or a strapping machine. Stencil, stamp, or attach shipping instructions and identifying information to containers or crates. Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications. Verify and maintain records of outgoing shipments and prepare items for dispatch. Notify supervisor of shortages or missing parts. Perform cycle counts of inventory items at assigned intervals. Complete necessary computer transactions to maintain accurate inventory. Review and maintain adequate inventory levels of shipping supplies; reorder as needed. Coordinate daily and weekly shipping schedules with the Quality Assurance Manager and Master Scheduler. Perform visual inspections and cleaning. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1-2
years of experience preferred Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Forklift operator certification required Ability to read, speak, and write in English
ITAR REQUIREMENTS
To comply with U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be (i) a U.S. citizen or national, (ii) a U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) a refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, (iv) an asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or otherwise eligible to obtain the required government authorizations.

Constant standing, walking, or sitting for at least 8 hours Constant pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, or carrying up to 50 lbs (minimum 35 lbs) Prolonged periods of repetitive movement Frequent grasping, holding, turning, or hand‑intensive work Frequent ascending and descending of stairs, ramps, or ladders Frequent reaching overhead, at shoulder level, and below shoulder level Occasional forklift or hand‑truck operation requiring use of one leg to control equipment
