Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Supervise, coordinate, and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies on all job sites Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution Monitor project progress and report updates to management and stakeholders Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of construction Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and site compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
