Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be familiar with various inventory management systems.Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Helping assist customer with their uniform items and shopping needs.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of items received against invoices or packing slips
- Stock received materials in designated storage areas
- Perform picking and packing duties as needed
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the receiving area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages when necessary
