Join our dynamic team as a Cold Storage Production Associate at our state-of-the-art facility located in Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our cold storage processes, contributing to the quality and safety of our products. We're looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with us! Responsibilities Assist in the loading and unloading of products in a cold storage environment. Monitor temperature controls and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold storage area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
