Full-Time Position Summary ONUS Global Fulfillment Solutions is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution services. We seek a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Clerk to process, prepare, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately. The Shipping Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring orders are shipped on time and in perfect condition, maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and verify orders according to established procedures and shipping documentation Accurately apply shipping labels, addresses, and barcodes to packages Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices Operate shipping label printers, scales, and shipping software systems (including experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other major e-commerce platforms) Coordinate with carrier representatives (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) for pickup and delivery Inspect packages for damage and quality control before shipment Track and log shipments in the warehouse management system (WMS) Maintain accurate records of shipped orders and communicate status to customers and internal teams Handle international shipments including customs documentation and compliance Organize and maintain shipping supplies inventory Support returns processing and inbound logistics when needed Follow all safety protocols and company policies Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of warehouse or shipping experience Proficiency with shipping software and WMS platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Basic computer skills and comfort with technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Valid government-issued identification Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience Experience with multiple shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce) Experience with customs documentation and international shipping Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin preferred) Forklift or material handling certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs frequently Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently Ability to work in a warehouse environment (temperature variations, noise) Valid driver's license (in some locations) Working Conditions Full-time position (40 hours per week) Shift work available, including mornings, afternoons, and potential weekends Fast-paced warehouse environment Peak season availability and overtime may be required Exposure to moderate noise and temperature variations PPE required including steel-toed shoes, safety vest, and gloves as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (DOE - Depends on Experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Career advancement opportunities Tuition reimbursement program Employee discount program Equal Opportunity Statement ONUS Global Fulfillment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
