Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm- Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately control and track physical inventory.
- Maintain the status of orders throughout the entire process.
- Participate in inventory processes and daily audits.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain and manage accurate records of the quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked.
- Maintain receiving schedules.
- Maintain and oversee the inventory database.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare required reports and correspondence.
- Accurately verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Safely operated industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Minimum Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Manage priorities and workflow effectively.
- Demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

- Possess proficiency in SAP, Maximo, and Excel.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

- Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
- Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard.
- Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a full shift.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse, production, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
