Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Duties Prepare and package products securely for shipment, utilizing appropriate packaging materials and techniques Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload goods efficiently and safely Verify shipment details against order documentation using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, completing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and data entry tasks to maintain accurate records in ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch according to customer specifications Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and stocking activities Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and shipping logistics tools is advantageous Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers with proper certification is a plus Strong attention to detail in data entry, order processing, and packaging tasks Knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, load & unload procedures Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external carriers effectively Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in logistics!
