Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packing & Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, physically capable of handling packages, and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time. Duties Pick products accurately according to customer orders and packing lists. Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping information before orders leave the facility. Prepare packages for pickup by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping providers. Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies or damaged products. Keep packing stations, warehouse areas, and equipment clean and organized. Follow company safety procedures and proper lifting techniques. Assist with loading and unloading shipments when needed. Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines and order-volume requirements. Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned. Run necessary errands to post office & suppliers warehouses. Experience No Experience needed as we will train on the job. Qualifications Clean driving record Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping or inventory software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and move packages as required by the position. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
