Materials / Warehouse Operations Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory / Materials Specialist to support daily warehouse and material control operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory, warehousing, materials handling, or stores operations , with SAP knowledge preferred. Key Responsibilities Accurately and timely receive inventory and materials into SAP . Coordinate the manifesting, preparation, and delivery of ASO books to Iron Mountain . Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy activities. Maintain clean, organized work areas while following 5S and workplace safety standards . Work closely with Materials, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and support daily operations. Follow company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements . Support urgent material requests, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Ensure daily activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, stores, materials handling, or material control operations. SAP experience is highly desirable. Basic understanding of warehouse, inventory, and material control processes. Ability to follow established procedures, work instructions, and company standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness . Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. High school diploma, secondary school education, or equivalent preferred. Preferred Skills
