Job Overview JXB Properties is seeking a dependable and organized Fulfillment Associate to support daily order processing, product handling, and fulfillment activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and can complete tasks accurately in a team environment. No previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Process and prepare customer orders for fulfillment Pick products according to order details Pack items securely and prepare packages for shipment Verify product quantities and order information Apply shipping labels and organize completed orders Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products Maintain accurate inventory and assist with routine inventory counts Move completed orders to designated staging areas Report damaged items, missing products, or order discrepancies Keep products, supplies, and work areas organized Follow established safety and handling procedures Assist with general fulfillment and operational tasks as needed Requirements No previous experience required Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new processes and systems What We Offer On-the-job training Entry-level friendly environment Monday-Friday schedule Supportive team atmosphere
