What You'll Do As our Shipping Specialist, you'll be the expert ensuring every outbound order leaves accurately, safely, and on time.
You'll:
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with exceptional accuracy Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation before release Select proper packaging to protect products throughout transit Create bills of lading, carrier labels, packing slips, and shipping paperwork Coordinate with freight carriers and internal teams to ensuretimelypickups Resolve shipment discrepancies before products leave the facility Support and train less experienced team members Process inventory transactions within our ERP system Identifyprocess improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiency Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready workstations using 6S principles Support inventory, fulfillment, receiving, packaging, and kitting operations as needed What Makes You Successful You love getting things right. You bring:
3+ years of shipping, warehouse,logistics, or distribution experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience working with shipping systems, ERP software, and scanners Knowledge of freight carriers and outbound shipping processes Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience preferred Strong communicationand teamwork skills A continuous improvement mindset Why Join Pacific Rubber & Packing?
