We are a team of passionate individuals committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the tennis community's needs. We are a brick-and-mortar tennis store in Scripps Ranch, but also have a healthy online business between our branded website and selling on Amazon. Job Summary Just Tennis is seeking a part-time Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and preferably a passion for tennis. The team is small and therefore will have an opportunity to make a big impact in the success of the company. As a Fulfillment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct and efficient delivery of customer orders and bulk shipments from our warehouse. The job will entail verifying the contents of all orders, packing those orders, helping the warehouse with other daily work, staying organized, and ensuring inventory is correct. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately in the warehouse Label merchandise for shipment Verify and pack individual customer orders. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Assist in physical inventory counts and other tasks Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy in work Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks Ability to lift boxes up to 40lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Excellent organizational skills Tennis enthusiast or familiarity with tennis equipment (preferred) Prior experience in an Amazon Seller or e-commerce warehouse environment (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Competitive hourly wage ($20-$25/hour) Opportunities for advancement within the company Employee discounts on Just Tennis products Positive and supportive work environment with a heavy emphasis on sports and being physically active
