Clerk must comply with all customers' service standards, expectations and must follow CASAS warehouse procedures. This position is responsible for the accurate receiving and execute the activities that comprehends the assurance of delivery of all incoming, pallets, boxes, goods, and equipment on warehouse to the requesting customer. Clerk has to have the ability for identifying and tagging goods received and delivering all customer goods to designated delivery points by customer request. Responsible for labeling and coordinating outbound shipments. Coordinate pickups with carriers and deliveries all customer goods to designated delivery points by customer request. Support Cross dock and/or Depots in all requirements following designated department area SOP's.
Skills and Abilities:
Highly effective in shipment coordination and logistics Fluent English and Spanish (Required). Knowledge in Inventory Control, Shipping, and Receiving Functions Good customer service skills Team Player Ability to multi-tasks Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Knowledge in KPI Metric Reporting. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Maintain, create, and adjust department process as needed. Strong organizational and time management skills Good follow up and follow through on all operation requirements. Great organizational skills. Understand and follow both CTPAT and Bonded Warehouse Procedures.
