Job Description
Shipping & Receiving Associate $23.53/Hour Temporary San Diego, CA 92121 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a professional team in San Diego . If you have experience in a mailroom, shipping and receiving, or with FedEx and UPS systems, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, USPS mail, and interoffice correspondence
- Collect and process outgoing mail and shipments
- Prepare courier shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping systems
- Track packages and maintain mailing records and logs
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation
- Maintain inventory of mailroom and shipping supplies
- Pick up and deliver supplies throughout the facility as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive and confidential materials
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous mailroom, shipping & receiving, FedEx, or UPS experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
