You'll coordinate with major carriers, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure all shipments meet our quality and safety standards. This is a full-time, fully onsite position located in Kearny Mesa. This position pays $20/hour or more , depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a long-term, in-house teammate to join us, not a contractor or consultant. In this position, you will Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments Perform inventory management and cycle counts using company systems Package and prepare products for shipment via multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) Verify shipping accuracy, including serial number matching and complete documentation Maintain organized shipping records and tracking information Operate forklifts and company vehicles to transport materials (with certification) Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to company safety procedures Support other departments and provide coverage during absences as needed About you High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and a self-motivated work style Strong problem-solving skills with effective verbal and written communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal liability insurance in your name Your background Experience supporting domestic and international shipments in a manufacturing environment Stockroom and inventory experience, ideally in an MRP/ERP environment Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) About SeeScan Beneath the ground and below the water's surface is a world out of sight.
